Dining
Mesh, the West Chester home of chef Paul Sturkey, fuses restaurant opposites. It is upscale but casual, bustling but relaxing, has a hip urban look though it's in the suburbs, and can handle anything from a business meeting to late-night clubbing. The upscale food often encompass many elements, like the Chilean Sea Bass or the Bone-in Beef Short Ribs, 'Tomahawk' (shaved winter truffles with garlic mashed potatoes and golden chanterelle mushrooms). Others, like Shrimp Penne Pasta, are more straightforward.
Six distinct and richly appointed dining rooms steeped in mahogany and fine art set the scene. An extensive list of sushi and sashimi, Yellowfin Tuna, Chilean Sea Bass and Alaskan King Crab are just a few of the many selections delivered fresh, every day. This great seafood is quite a compliment to the Kobe beef and Certified Angus Beef that we proudly prepare. Pastas, Poultry, Salads, Soups, Appetizers and Handcrafted Desserts, round out a menu sure to please the most discriminating palate.
Welcome to the Soho Japanese Bistro. Elegant dining, distinctive food and impeccable service, in a casual to upscale atmosphere. Enjoy our Sushi Bar, our Teppanyaki Grill, intimate dining, or the private Tatami room. Your visit will be more than just food, it will be an experience.
Skyline Chili's Coneys, Ways and table-side service have been enjoyed by generations. Our Chili continues to be made from Nicholas's original recipe, using a secret blend of spices and only the highest quality ingredients. Skyline is dedicated to bringing friends and families together for an experience like no other and we will always be devoted to the American dream of that young man from a small village in Greece.
